Tutorials
Guided, end-to-end walkthroughs of the core Scanix workflows.
These tutorials take you through a complete Scanix Desktop workflow from start to finish — pick a source, read the pages, check the results, and file the output where it belongs. Each one is a hands-on walkthrough you can follow with your own documents, so you finish with a real result rather than a list of features.
If you're brand new, start with the Quickstart to get your first batch in and out. After that, the walkthroughs below go deeper into the workflows you'll lean on every day.
A suggested order
You don't have to read these in sequence, but this order builds naturally from a single batch to lights-out, mixed-batch runs:
- Get a first batch scanned, read, and exported — the Quickstart.
- Pull structured values off a page — see how Data capture reads zones, MRZ bands, and barcodes.
- Sort a mixed stack of document types in a single pass with Job Groups.
- Tune the engine, AI services, and performance from Settings once your volumes grow.
