What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan and enter a payment method. If you don't, your account switches to read-only access until you subscribe or export your data.
Can I buy a perpetual license instead of a subscription?
Yes. Perpetual (standalone) licenses are available on request for Standard and Pro tiers. Contact us for pricing.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves ~20% compared to month-to-month pricing.
What counts as a "device seat"?
One activation of Scanix Desktop on a physical machine, identified by a hardware fingerprint. You can deactivate and move seats from your account portal.
Does my data leave my machine?
Only if you explicitly opt into cloud AI (BYO API key). On-device inference and OCR never send document content to Scanix servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
