These Terms of Service govern your use of Scanix products and services. By purchasing or activating a Scanix license you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Scanix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Software. You may not use the Software to provide hosted services to third parties without a written agreement.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scanix disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
