Scanix is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the email address you provide on account creation, payment information processed by Stripe (we never store raw card numbers), and device hardware identifiers used for license seat enforcement.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to authenticate your account, manage your subscription, deliver product updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@scanix.app.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
